Not at all! Most of Bhoomi's students start as complete beginners. Every class is adapted to the participants' level, and Bhoomi gives individual attention to ensure no one is left behind. The Hatha batch is specifically designed for beginners.
Just a yoga mat, a quiet space, and a device with a camera and internet connection. Online classes are held via Zoom and are just as interactive as in-person sessions — Bhoomi can see your form and correct it in real time.
Group batches are intentionally kept small — maximum 10-12 students — so that Bhoomi can give each student personal attention. This ensures you get the benefits of a group setting without feeling lost in the crowd.
Yes, you can join at any time! If you join mid-month, billing is prorated accordingly. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash. Monthly renewals are simple — Bhoomi will send you a reminder before your plan expires.
Absolutely — Bhoomi's prenatal yoga classes are specifically designed for expecting mothers and are safe for all trimesters. However, we always recommend consulting your OB-GYN before starting any new exercise routine during pregnancy. Bhoomi will tailor every session based on your trimester and any specific needs.
All Access plan members get 1 free makeup class per month. Additionally, class recordings are shared in the Telegram group within 24 hours, so you never truly miss a session. Bhoomi believes life happens, and she tries to be as flexible as possible.
